Description
INNOJET AIRCOATER® can provide tablets (including molded solids with a wide range of shapes, sizes, densities and specific gravities) with aqueous or organic coatings, doing so very rapidly, gently and homogeneously.
Gentle and yet complete rolling of the products provided in the form of two counter-rotating spiral motions in the INNOJET booster Vulcano®, which are independent of one another and arranged over a circular area, means that even tablets can be coated that have low breaking strength, including sensitive products.
With the INNOJET AIRCOATER® A-025, very small quantities can be processed from batch sizes of 20 grams.
The laboratory device is designed as a desktop unit and can be operated independently after connecting electrical power and compressed air.
A full-surface industrial glass safety cover permits direct, visual checks of processing at any time. The system has no rotating components on the process housing and thus no frictional seals. It operates gastight under vacuum.
In our smallest laboratory system (AIRCOATER® A-025), the INNOJET spray nozzle Rotojet® operates in the centre of the booster. It provides for homogeneous application of the sprayed liquid (coating media or adhesive media).
